The Canadian government regulates medication prices to ensure affordability for Canadians. In Canada, drug manufacturers and pharmacies cannot arbitrarily increase prices. Insulin.com grants Americans access to these considerably lower prices.

Insuliv.com collaborates solely with licensed Canadian pharmacies. As a result, when you order from us, you receive the same insulin and medication products that Canadians do. Additionally, the same manufacturers that make the medications in Canada, do so in the United States. Hence why the names and packages are the same.

We mandate a valid prescription before processing any orders. We only supply the customer with the insulin on the prescription they upload to their profile for personal use only. Additionally, we do not supply more than a 90-day supply.

Purchasing non-controlled substances for personal use is generally allowed, provided the medication poses no unreasonable risk, you confirm in writing that the medication is for personal use, and the quantity is typically no more than a 90-day supply. Refer to the FDA memo for further information on personal medication importation.

You only need to accept the Customer Agreement once during the registration process. For prescriptions, a new prescription is necessary once your current one is exhausted or expires (whichever occurs first- usually every year).

This decision is up to you and what your doctor has prescribed. Insulin use varies widely between customer to customer. We recommend ordering a 90-day supply at a time, resulting in 4 orders per year as this will save you shipping. After your 4th order, you will need to upload a new prescription.
